The department of information science and Engineering was started in the year of 1999-2000 with an intake of 60. It has qualified and dedicated faculty committed to achieve excellence in Technical Education so as to produce competent Engineers.

The department is affiliated to V.T.U, Belgaum and recognized by A.I.C.T.E, New Delhi. The Information Science and Engineering course is spread over 8 semesters and enables students to develop professional skills through study and practical work.
